Stefan Thumiger is an international investment, asset management and hospitality executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia. Having lived and worked in 11 countries, he has held executive leadership positions with internationally recognised hospitality groups including Hilton, Banyan Tree, Wyndham, Rotana and Landmark Berhad, leading luxury resorts, city hotels, mixed-use developments and multi-asset portfolios.

As Lead Consultant and Managing Director, Stefan specialises in asset optimisation, business transformation, franchise expansion and executive leadership. His experience spans hospitality, leisure, mixed-use developments and F&B concepts, supporting investors and operators from feasibility and acquisitions through development, pre-opening, operational turnaround and long-term value creation.
