A seasoned COO and Multi-Property General Manager, he has led luxury hotels, resorts, high-end social clubs, recreational facilities, and golf operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia – known for transforming organizations, improving profitability, and elevating service standards.

Beyond his hotel leadership, Stefan currently serves as Vice President for Projects for an established UAE group of companies and as CEO of an international coffee chain master franchise, bringing a strong commercial lens and cross-operational expertise to every engagement.

Stefan is recognized for turning around underperforming assets, launching and repositioning brands, and leading complex pre-opening, redevelopment, and transformation programs.
